WEEK 1

starting weight: 111.3
current weight: 110.8
weight loss: 0.5

WEEK 1 GOALS FEEDBACK
  • drink at least 2l of water daily - didn't quite get there everyday, but overall quite good
  • walk the dog every morning - poor doggy, I should be doing this for her as much as for me. With Tim away, this is most certainly the highlight of her day. Only managed to walk her 2 days. MUST try to increase this.
  • something do my pilates dvd at least twice - no
  • follow the rules of ketosystem - not brilliant, but did manage to get back into ketosis.
  • fill in my intake diary daily - nup
  • listen to my hypnosis/meditation cd nightly -yes, did good here. Not sure if it is doing any good in terms of weight loss, but is certainly relaxing. haven't heard to the end of it yet!

Hi Shar. Congratulations on your loss in week one. That is fantastic! And a great start to the challenge. I know that you didn't complete all of your Week 1 goals - neither did I - but that shows that you can still lose weight by hitting most of your targets.

Good luck with Week 2.

And can I say this is a very cool blog. I LOVE the colours, and the layout and your goals. I shall be back LOL..

Oooh! You're in the 110's already!!? Good on you!! I'm not having a good week at all.. and right now..the 1st week of the challenge too!! I weigh in on Thursday! Well done to you, I'm proud of you! :-)
