Ok, if I am going to reach my goal of getting beloow 100 before leaving for Bahrain, then I am going to have to step up the pace a bit.
Am going to try out a little mini challenge - just 5 days.
Ketoslim shakes 2 x a day (salad with one)
Low fat low carb meal 1 x day.
Almonds, soy decaf or shake for snacks.
Exercise at least 30 mins every day.
Current weight: 106.5
Hope to lose 2kg by next weigh in on Monday. Will buy myself a set of hard pastels and pencils pastels if I can achieve this.
