Ex = 20 min cardio; uper boddy weights; 100 situps

Getting better. Really need to work on the binge eating around dinnertime.

Shar, thank you so much for your most recent blog comment. I found it heart warming and also funny that you would send me a pic of Jennifer Aniston every day! My email addy is: travel32@hotmail.com !! Seriously, let's try it for a week and see how it affects me mentally!? Your generosity is so lovely. The daily picture would actually represent more than me looking at someone elses body.. it would actually be a daily "renewal" and reminder for me of what I want (even though I know I'm not going to be as thin as Jennifer - I don't think hubby would want me that way - he thinks 75kg's would be more than fab. You know the old adage.. "something to grab hold of"?). The pic's would be like a daily surprise - and an in-your-face reminder of where I'm heading.. "slimness"! Is there anything I can do for you? Anyone's pic I can send you????!! Seriously.. would that be too much trouble for you? To have a pic pop-up in my email daily would be like someone making me accountable too (ie. Shar cares enough to do this.. better get my attitude right)!! I think it's not a bad idea at all! I have some meals here to catch up on Shar.. I love reading your daily lists. It took me a while to figure out what "W" meant?? Water yes? I agree with Tiffany in this post.. 100 sit ups? Wow!
