THINGS I NEED TO DO BEFORE STARTING THE CHALLENGE:

organise

  • use up or get rid of all temptations in the kitchen getting there
  • make up a two week menu plan
  • make appointment with naturopath done
  • set up a task list of things to do daily to reduce stress
  • restart my blog done

get

  • clarins cleanser, toner and moisturiser (and get the free gift!) got
  • pilates dvd got
  • pedometer got
  • accurate scales got
  • stock ingredients for 'too tired to cook' nights
  • pair of tracksuit pants for walking got
  • guided meditation cd got
  • start

    • drinking more water yes
    • setting mini goals and rewards done
    • cutting out sugar and high GI yes
