STARTING THE 12 WEEK CHALLENGE

starting weight:
111.3kg
goal weight:
70kg
weight to lose:
41.3kg
12 week challenge goals:
  • to be at least 10kg lighter
  • to be feeling fitter and much more energetic
  • to be habitually eating healthier and consuming adequate amount of water
  • to look nice in a sweet summer dress (husbands fantasy) when getting off the plane in Bahrain at Christmas
