Tuesday 13 November tracker

B = scrambled eggs with chives and tomatoes; rooibos & soy
S = biiig handful of almonds (way more than the suggested 10); soy latte
L = cold cuts and salad; skim milk latte

S = pork crackling
D = ham off the bone; avocado; coleslaw; green salad (OK but...then added...) Lilli's left over snitzchel; blueberries and cream (probably not the best meal for staying in ketosis)
W = 5
