WEEK 3 GOALS

* continue to drink at least 2l of water daily
* exercise at least once every day
* follow the rules of ketosystem including taking supplements
* fill in my intake diary daily
* make and follow a menu
* deal with stress in a positive non-eating way
* improve on week 2

I have changed my first 5 kg reward. I found this bag on ebay and I want it. There are 8 days left on the auction, and if I can reach a 5 kg loss by next weigh in I will bid on it! It will need to be a 3.2kg loss though. EEEK!

Great bag Shar. I LOVE red so it is a bag I would go for too.

And congrats on the loss for last week. The daily and weekly goals are a good way to keep on top of it all aren't they! Good luck this week. :)
