* continue to drink at least 2l of water daily - doing well with this and it is getting easier
* exercise at least once every day - did reasonably well but didn't exercise in the weekend
* follow the rules of ketosystem - nooo, several little binge eating episodes
* fill in my intake diary daily - nope, not even close
* listen to my hypnosis/meditation cd nightly - yes!
* to generally do better than week 1 - yes!
Although it is pretty frustrating that I have not been able to stick to my plan, I do need to keep reminding myself that I am improving each week.

I think it's great that you lost half a kilo!! I weigh in tomorrow at Weight Watchers and I know my gain will be around 2kg or more this week. My behaviour in the last 3 weeks is finally showing itself.. and it's not a good feeling..after over two months of weekly weight losses. Oh well.. I hope I can stick to the plan for Week 3!!
