- continue to drink at least 2l of water daily
- exercise at least once every day even if only 15 mins
- follow the rules of ketosystem
- fill in my intake diary daily
- listen to my hypnosis/meditation cd nightly
- to generally do better than week 1
My reward is only 4.5 kg away.
