WEEK 2 GOALS

  • continue to drink at least 2l of water daily

  • exercise at least once every day even if only 15 mins

  • follow the rules of ketosystem

  • fill in my intake diary daily

  • listen to my hypnosis/meditation cd nightly

  • to generally do better than week 1

My reward is only 4.5 kg away.
