Seriously have to pick the game up. Need to exercise more and eat well.

I hope you're not too hungry tonight because you skipped dinner! If you are.. I'd be having a big salad with a light dressing.. and some Corn Thins or something.. Vegie soup? They wouldn't do any damage. If you were hungry that is. I'd be curious to know which smoked salmon you buy. Some are too salty and "blah".. I like a GOOD smoked salmon and trouble is..when I tasted it.. I failed to make note of what kind it was.
p.s. best wishes also with getting back into the exercise..and making good food choices this week. Not all is lost because of your snacks this arvo. Keep going!

Re your comment on my blog. My thoughts were exactly where yours are regarding religion, a couple of weeks back. However a close friend has just discovered Jesus, and her enthusiasm has made me evaluate my own beliefs. Hence my ponderings.
I'm curious now.. what did you eat Monday and Tuesday Shar? I had oysters for supper tonight.. I didn't want them spoiling by tomorrow or anything and we were invited out to tea at the last minute.. so .. had to eat them later!
