DAY 1

In terms of diet and exercise, not such a great day, but I have followed the Beck Diet Solution and feel good about that.

Today was about creating a list of reasons to lose weight. and putting them in strategic places. Setting times to read the list at least once daily.

I will definately have to factor in some eexercise and I am not as physical with Lilli off school as I am when I am by myself.
